Pawleys Plantation Villas

Superior Villa: Superior villa with king bed or 2 double beds. Suites feature private entrance, full size kitchen, living room/dining room combination, separate bedroom, private bath, full size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and sleeper sofa in living area. All units are first or second floor units and overlooking our Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course or the pool area. Units are walking distance to clubhouse, outdoor pool, golf driving range and pro shop.

Standard Villa (2Bdrm): 2bdrm standard villa with 2 double beds. Suites feature private entrance, full size kitchen, living room/dining room combination, separate bedroom, private bath, full size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and sleeper sofa in living area. All units are first or second floor units and overlooking our Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course or the pool area. Units are walking distance to clubhouse, outdoor pool, golf driving range and pro shop.

Deluxe Villa (2Bdrm): 2bdrm deluxe villa with 2 queen beds. These large villas feature private entrance, full size kitchen, living room, and formal dining room. Each bedroom is considered a "Master", both with private bath. Bed size varies by unit (2 doubles, kings and queens are available). Full size washer/dryer in each room, and iron/ironing board. All units also include sleeper sofa in living area. Spacious screened porches and patios overlook our Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. Some units include whirlpool tubs and/or fireplaces.
