Heather Glen Golf Links a 27 hole complex was named "The Best New Public Golf Courses" in 1987.  This golf courses has only gotten better as it matures. Hugh sprawling live oak tree and tall Carolina pines line these fairways.  Both pot bunkers and waste areas guard the greens and fairways.
