The Grand Strand South

The South Grand Strand is divided into five different areas:
  1. Georgetown - One Course
  2. Pawleys Island - Six Courses
  3. Litchfield Beach - Five Courses
  4. Murrells Inlet - Five Courses
  5. Surfside Beach - Six Courses
Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina, located 35 miles south of Myrtle Beach is the home of Wedgefield Country Club, located five miles north off of Highway 701 North.
 
Pawleys Island, the nation's first seaside vacation resort is 25 miles south, has five golf courses to offer the Myrtle Beach golf vacationers.  There is one private golf course located here, DeBordieu. The courses available to golf package golfers are:

Litchfield Beach, the northern section of Pawleys Island is home to one private club, The Reserve Club and four golf package courses:

Surfside Beach, located five miles south of Myrtle Beach is home to six golf courses available to golf packages:
